Health benefits of cucumber

Cucumber is from the same family as melon, zucchini and squash. It has very high water content and this distilled water is better than ordinary water.
Cucumber is rich in vitamin C and A (antioxidant), folate, manganese, molybdenum, potassium, silica, and sulfur. It also contain less vitamin B, sodium, calcium, and phosphorus.

1. Helps to restore acid-base balance: cucumber can help to neutralize acidity and restore acid-base balance in the body.
2. Helps to regulate blood pressure: with its mineral content and traces of sodium, cucumber can help to regulate blood pressure.
