Common sickness and their causes

1. FEVER
Causes: Improper digestion, stress, bad water, staying uder sun, mixing many food, maleria
2. STOMACH ULCER
Causes: Staying too long before eating (hunger), eating too much raw salt, eating too much light food.

3. HEAD ACHE
Causes: Stress, thinking, no or less sleep, drugs (some drugs cause head ache), over working your brain.
4. WAIST PAIN
Causes: Stress, excess fat, over exercise of the waist.
5. RHEUMATISM
Causes: Too much fat, siting wrongly, cold in your bone marrow, lmproper circulation of blood through your bone marrow, putting bare foot on cold floor.
6. HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE/HYPERTENSION
Causes: Thinking, overweight, lack of exercise, drinking of alcohol, lack of eating fruit.
7. PILE
Causes: Too much intake of sugar, excess of light food, taking excess of beverages, excess consumption of bread.
8. CHEST PAIN
Causes: Too much intake of cold water, staying constantly under air conditioner (AC).
9. DIABETES
Causes: Too much sugar, excess intake of beverages with much sugar.
10. CONSTIPATION
Causes: mixing too many kid of foo, eating cold oily food, eating without drinking water.
11. MALARIA
Causes: Bite of mosquitoes
12. SKIN DISEASES 
Causes: E.g eczema, pimples etc. Bathing with dirty water, too much oily food.

Bad breath is common among people, it's not that we don't take care of our mouth but it is a situation that can happen to anyone and can even cause embarrassment.



Factors that can cause bad breath
Particles of food can cause bad breath, it gives space for bacterias to breed in the mouth. Smoking is another reason that can cause bad breath. Smokers and oral tobacco users are more likely to have gum disease. Not brushing your teeth and flossing instead. Some uses dental floss and not using tooth brush which may cause mouth odor. Dirty tongue is another factor that can cause bad breath. Dry mouth can also cause Halitosis, the saliva cleans the mouth by removing things that can cause unpleasant odour. So, if for any reason mouth lacks saliva, it might cause bad breath.
  Not talking for long, if you don't talk for a long time it can cause bad breath. Chewing of onions, garlic,nuts etc can also cause bad breath.
Other factors/causes may include mouth infection such as decay, sores and gum disease. Serious inflammation in the throat, nose and sinuses etc.

        How to prevent bad breath
1. Brush your teeth with a fluoridated tooth paste and a tooth brush after every meal, at least twice a day.
2. Brush your tongue always
3. Drink plenty of water to prevent dry mouth 
4. stop smoking and the use of tobacco products
5. Rinse your mouth after eating to remove particles stock in the teeth.

Ways to prevent kidney failure

Reasons why kidney fails
It is observed that as age goes by the kidneys lose some percentage at old age, but the remaining percentage can still last till death time. However they are other factors that can lead to kidney failure.
1. DIABETES: one of the common cause of kidney failure is as a result of diabetes. Diabetes is having suger in the blood , if it is well controlled it is not a problem, but if you don't take care of your blood sugar it will gradually affect the kidneys and can lead to kidney failure. Some of the damages caused by diabetes to the kidney is reversible if it is detected on time.
2. HYPERTENSION: When the heart is pumping blood with high pressure and the pressure is coming directly to the kidney and it is hitting on the kidneys. Every single beat of the heartbeat is hitting on the kidneys if that happens over many years and it is not controlled it will affect the kidneys.
3. INFECTION: Mostly common is HIV, it goes directly to the kidney and damage it. If it is not treated over many years it can lead to kidney failure, even if it is treated by drugs.
They are some HIV drugs that can damage the kidneys but it is not a discouragement for HIV patients to stop taking the drugs because if saves life if your doctor detect that the kidneys are affected by the drugs he will switch the drugs.
FEVER: Not all fever are caused by maleria, it might be bacteria multiplying in the blood that is causing fever (fever is a sign not a symptom it could be maleria, infection etc) if the bacteria keeps multiplying in the blood and it is spreading around the body it can get to the kidney and can cause damage.
MULTIPLE BOILS: Multiple boils in the body can lead to kidney problem.  The multiple infection in the body there is a particular bacteria if it is involve it can knock down the kidneys. So if detected rush to the hospital.
5. DEHYDRATION: Dehydration can also cause kidney problem if you are stooling and vomiting many times go to the hospital they need to place a drip for you to replace the fluid you are losing, because when you lose fluid through stooling and vomiting continuesly it will collapse your cardiovascular system and one of the organ that complain of lack of fluid is the kidneys.
6. USE OF NATIVE CONCOSION (MIXTURE): The use of native mixture can be dangerous to the kidney, we are not arguing the fact that it works but some of the content might be harmful to your organs.
7. PAIN KILLERS: Not all pain killers can affect your kidneys, just like every other drugs it has its advantages and disadvantages.
